Lesson 14 – part 2
Let’s consider other areas of the external world where we have placed our faith, our dependence. I’ve had people tell me that if only they could move to another city, everything would be great in their lives. But we must remember that we always take our consciousness with us, and if we are unhappy in one location, chances are we’ll experience that state of mind in another.
Again, the key to life is spiritual awareness, spiritual understanding, spiritual knowing.
We have also placed our dependence on money, our job or profession, the right partner to live, retirement plans and “nest eggs” for the future – on down to the food we eat, the medicines we take, a particular climate, and a safe home-neighborhood environment.
When our focus is on Truth, Spirit, Self, Substance, and Love, we’re living in the NOW, and we become the channels for the will of God, the purpose of Self, and the manifestation of Spirit. We totally trust the inner dynamic process and behold Love in action – and the effects are so good, so beautiful. Yes this is true when we are on fire with Spirit and seeing only through the eyes of spiritual vision.
