Lesson 6 – part 2
The key to this lesson seems to be in where we are sowing, which takes us back to that passage in Galatians 6:8: “For he who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption; but he who sows to the Spirit will from the flesh reap eternal life.” In other words, if we are casting our seeds – our thoughts and words – into the material world, putting our faith only in the world of effects, the result is going to be a mixed bag of pleasure-pain. But when we sow to Spirit (“sow” meaning “to plant”), depending only on the activity of God in our lives, our mind of awareness is moving into spiritual consciousness where only harmony prevails.
We rise above karmic law when we turn within to the love of God flowing into our conscious awareness as the fulfillment of every need, as the total activity of life. And we become so conscious of Spirit, our only Self, that our awareness of the one Presence and Power overshadows anything on the material plane. That’s when the activity of God kicks in as spiritual consciousness, and cause and effect becomes Mind and manifestation- without repayment from either side of the coin.
Meditation –
” I have moved from karmic law to spiritual law, and Spirit is now making my decisions for me from the highest vision.
I feel dramatically different. There is a gentleness combined with an inner strength, a greater sense of peace born of love, and my life is of a higher order.
I am now a healing and harmonizing influence for everyone I encounter on my path through life.”
